Product Line Development & Technical Design
Led the design and development of multiple apparel categories, including outerwear, hunting vests, pants, and performance tops.
Created detailed tech packs, CADs, and graded measurement specs to ensure manufacturing accuracy.
Developed innovative fabric and construction solutions for outdoor performance, including waterproofing, reinforced seams, and durable stretch materials.
Fit & Grading Standardization
Conducted extensive fit analysis and corrections to refine movement, layering compatibility, and sizing consistency across styles.
Established a grading system to standardize sizes XS-XXL, aligning with the SHE Outdoor customer demographic.
Implemented sample evaluations and wear testing to validate fit before bulk production.
Factory Collaboration & Production Oversight
