As part of my work with Rudis Wrestling Apparel, which also outfits the U.S. Olympic Team, I played a key role in pattern grading, technical design, and apparel development for various high-performance athletic styles. Created tech packs and specification documents for singlets, activewear, and casualwear, ensuring precise construction and manufacturing consistency.
Led pattern grading and size standardization, ensuring performance-driven fits across various sizes.
Conducted fittings and revisions, refining details for optimal athlete performance and comfort.
Fabric & Construction Development
Developed fabrications that balance stretch, durability, and breathability, suitable for high-impact training and competition.
Worked with moisture-wicking, compression, and high-stretch blends to enhance mobility and comfort.
Implemented technical stitching techniques, including chainstitch reinforcements and strategic seam placements for enhanced durability.
